How to get to the
SIX Convention Point
From Zurich main station (Zürich HB) take tram line 4, direction Altstetten. Coming from the station in Altstetten, take tram line 4, direction Tiefenbrunnen. From either direction get off at Sportweg. The SIX ConventionPoint is situated within the SIX building next to the tram stop.
The highway connections are a few minutes drive from the SIX ConventionPoint. There is a public pay parking at the Hard Turm Park garage, to be entered via Pfingstweidstrasse. In the garage follow the signs to building 110/SIX.
From Zurich airport to the SIX ConventionPoint it is approximately 20 minutes by Taxi. If you prefer public transport, take one of the trains to Zurich Hardbrücke. From there tram line 4 direction Altstetten takes you directly to the SIX ConventionPoint. Get off at Sportweg.
You can find 3-4 hotel next to the venue that we can recommend, i.e., Sheraton Zurich, 25hours Hotel, Novotel, and Ibis Zurich West.

Martin Grossen has over 30 years of experience with embedded and IoT systems. After successfully completing his studies, he worked as a development engineer in the industrial PC sector. With his extensive hardware and software experience, Martin transitioned to distribution and shared his knowledge as a Field Application Engineer in numerous industrial projects. He supported industrial solutions not only on the hardware side but also on the software side with Microsoft Embedded and IoT operating systems and integrated the first AI solutions very early on. In this field, he was awarded the title of “Microsoft FAE of the Year” and has maintained the status of “Microsoft IoT MVP (Most Valuable Professional)” for over 20 consecutive years to date.
Today, he oversees the industrial solutions sector at AVNET Silica as Director Solutions & Software in Europe and as a technical expert.
Liliane Paradise is COO at Miromico, a renowned Swiss IoT company specializing in embedded electronics for IoT applications. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich, Liliane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Having dedicated her career to the field of Embedded Hardware and Software, Liliane plays a crucial role in driving the development of innovative IoT solutions at Miromico. Her profound industry knowledge and leadership contribute to Miromico’s success as a leading provider of cutting-edge IoT solutions.
Fabienne is the Relationship Manager at Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich (IPZ), a platform that focusses on Robotics & Mobility, Space & Aviation, and Advanced Manufacturing & Materials. Collaborating with national and international industry (including R&D departments of large corporations, SMEs, scale-ups, and startups), academic institutions (UZH, ETHZ, EMPA), and facilitators (Swiss Business Hubs, S-GE, Greater Zurich Area), she drives partnerships and fosters innovation ecosystems. Fabienne ensures that IPZ is firmly established within targeted ecosystems both nationally and internationally to attract potential tenants. She develops a strong network across academia, industry, and associations. Moreover, she represents IPZ through presentations and panel discussions on both the national and international stage. She manages market budgets, strategy, and reporting.
With a focus on Management & Economics, Fabienne completed her PhD and PostDoc at the University of Zurich, where she served as a lecturer for the seminar “Team Leadership and Organization – Applied Project Management”. Her academic journey included a research stay at Stanford University. She published three peer-reviewed papers, taught seminars in “Negotiations and Conflict Resolution” and coordinated a team change management project.
Fabio Enrico La Mattina is a skilled sales and product management professional with more than 20 years of experience in the technology and engineering sector. He is currently Sales Manager at Rohde & Schwarz in Ittigen, Switzerland, where he leads strategic initiatives in the area of test and measurement. His career includes key milestones such as Product Manager, where he successfully managed product lines and collaborated on sales strategies, and Managing Director, where he led a team of technical support and account managers to improve customer satisfaction. Fabio’s expertise includes strategic planning, team leadership, sales management and customer relationship management, all supported by a strong engineering background.
Nadja Suter is Product Manager in the Production Division at VEBO – one of the largest employers in the Canton of Solothurn and a leading enterprise for vocational and social inclusion. VEBO is a multi-utility production company and uniquely combines industrial performance with a strong social mission: around 80 percent of its employees live with a disability.
In her role, Nadja develops new products and services within the industry and production section. Nadja brings over 15 years of experience in product, project and process management, particularly in the energy sector. She has led the development of innovative solutions in areas such as e-mobility, smart buildings, photovoltaics, and telecommunications.
Fabio Rosa is the CEO and founder of TagoIO. With a vision to design a software that would enable both technical and non-technical people to create complete IoT solutions that would impact businesses around the world, he created TagoIO.
Fabio holds a master’s degree in industrial automation from the University of Santa Catarina, and an MBA in Management of Technology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute – Worcester, MA.
He has more than 25 years of experience developing new technologies and products involving connectivity, innovation processes, algorithms, and new model business designs. Fabio resides with his wife and two children in Raleigh, NC – USA.
Markus Soppa is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Filancore GmbH, a company that develops decentralized identity solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT). His focus lies on modern security technologies such as Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI), blockchain systems, and IoT PKI to enable trustworthy and interoperable IoT infrastructures.
Previously, Markus worked as a consultant for Industrial IoT and Automotive Security at Deloitte, where he oversaw security-critical projects for DAX-listed companies—particularly in the areas of Industrial IoT (IIoT) and connected mobility. His career also includes his role as Chief Development Officer at accessec GmbH, where he focused on security architectures in industry and automotive sectors.
With many years of experience in information security and deep expertise in decentralized technologies, Markus actively shapes the future of connected systems.
Alex Raimondi received the Master in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the renowned ETH in Zurich, Switzerland, in 2002. Since 2004, he has been leading the embedded design group of Miromico in order to develop advanced hardware – from high performance FPGA systems to ultra low power sensor devices. Currently, he is the director of the embedded design group at Miromico.
Since 2015, he is also co-founder and CTO of Chip-ing, a high-tech start-up creating value through the intensive use of novel technologies. Currently, Chip-ing is developing the innovative golf 3.0 products.
Hua Wang is a full professor and chair of electronics at Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (D-ITET) of Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich (ETH Zürich). He is the director of the ETH Integrated Devices, Electronics, And Systems (IDEAS) Group. Prior to that, he was an associate professor with tenure at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He held the Demetrius T. Paris professorship at School of ECE at Georgia Tech. He was the founding director of Georgia Tech Center of Circuits and Systems (CCS) and the director of the Georgia Tech Electronics and Micro-System (GEMS) lab. He worked at Intel Corporation and Skyworks Solutions from 2010 to 2011. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, in 2007 and 2009, respectively.
Dr. Wang is interested in innovating analog, mixed-signal, RF, and mm-Wave integrated circuits and hybrid systems for wireless communication, sensing, and bioelectronics applications. He has authored or co-authored over 200 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers.
Dr. Wang received the DARPA Director’s Fellowship Award in 2020 (the first awardee in Georgia Tech’s history), the DARPA Young Faculty Award in 2018, the National Science Foundation CAREER Award in 2015, the Qualcomm Faculty Award in 2020 and 2021, the IEEE MTT-S Outstanding Young Engineer Award in 2017, the Georgia Tech Sigma Xi Young Faculty Award in 2016, the Georgia Tech ECE Outstanding Junior Faculty Member Award in 2015, and the Lockheed Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award in 2015.
His research group has won multiple academic awards and best paper awards, including the 2019 Marconi Society Paul Baran Young Scholar, the IEEE RFIC Best Student Paper Awards (2014, 2016, 2018, and 2021), the IEEE International Microwave Symposium (IMS) Best Student Paper Award 2021, the IEEE CICC Outstanding Student Paper Awards (2015, 2018, and 2019), the IEEE CICC Best Conference Paper Award (2017), the 2016 IEEE Microwave Magazine Best Paper Award, and the IEEE SENSORS Best Live Demo Award (2nd Place in 2016).
Dr. Wang is a Technical Program Committee (TPC) Member for IEEE ISSCC, RFIC, CICC, and BCICTS conferences. He is a Steering Committee Member for IEEE RFIC and CICC. He is the Conference Chair for CICC 2019 and Conference General Chair for CICC 2020. He is a Distinguished Microwave Lecturer (DML) for the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S) for the term of 2022-2024. He was a Distinguished Lecturer (DL) for the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) for the term of 2018-2019. He was the Chair of the Atlanta’s IEEE CAS/SSCS joint chapter that won the IEEE SSCS Outstanding Chapter Award in 2014.
